Season 2 Launch: Haunted SK Listener Collection – Stories from the old GMC Plant (S2EP41)

In this season premiere of ParaGhoul Paranormal, we’re kicking off with a deep dive into one of Regina’s most iconic and eeriest landmarks: the old GMC Plant.

Once a booming automotive hub and later a wartime munitions factory, this building has lived many lives… and we could say, it still holds onto them.

From its roaring 1928 opening to its mysterious 2017 fire, we explore the plant’s rise, fall, and the ghost stories that have emerged from its long, shadowy history, including tales from the old CJTR radio station that once called it home.

Was it just the creaks of an old building… or something more?

Guest Appearance: Shanon Sinn from Black Cat Books in BC (S1EP34)

Tonight, we have another special guest episode! I am joined by Shanon Sinn, author and publisher from Black Cat Books in Victoria, British Columbia.

I was lucky to meet Shanon through the Vancouver Chapter of the Horror Writers Association. There is no Saskatchewan or Prairies chapter … maybe I need to rectify that … so I’m grateful that they were willing to take me on as a member, even though our time zones don’t always line up well.

In this episode, Shanon shares insights into their journey as an author and publisher, the inspiration behind launching Black Cat Books, and the types of books they publish. We also delve into Shanon’s personal paranormal experiences, including the mysterious St. Louis Light.

I have been researching into a Canadian case that had left everyone baffled, as no body or sign of survival was left behind, leading to the use of mediums and paranormal equipment to try and solve the case. Picture the bustling city of Toronto in the year of 1919, but beneath the surface, an unsettling mystery shocked the community, but the case went cold. Tonight, let’s explore the clues behind the disappearance of Ambrose Small.
