You will find my notes from my research and links to my resources in case you want to dig into it further yourself. Please let me know if you find something interesting that I didn’t! I’d love to keep expanding on these articles beyond what we discussed on the show, so I’d love your input!
Like many things, I find it fascinating to learn why something began. For example, when did we become interested in the paranormal as a society? What happened in our history to bring about that desire to communicate with the dead?
So, let’s dive into the topic of paranormal investigations and the history of our fascination with ghosts. Given the popularity of ghost investigation television shows or shows about aliens, UFOs, and the unknown, I was curious when and where our fascination began. I dug into many websites and articles to answer questions like:
- When was the earliest record of a ghost sighting?
- Who was the first ever paranormal investigator, and how did he get into that field?
- What equipment did they use in those early days of ghost and supernatural investigations?
This article will cover all of this and more. So, let’s dive into our paranormal history.
* That’s the end of the free intro to the article! If you are interested in access to the full articles, along with other articles, full video interviews, and live Zoom meetings with me once a month, become a KDK Ghoul Guild member!
