Join us for a 2-hour guided bus tour through Regina’s eeriest sites — where history and hauntings collide.
Four haunted locations. One unforgettable ride.
Our main annual event is back.
The YQR Haunts: Haunted Bus Tour is a fall-only experience that takes you beyond a single street or park path. You’ll ride by bus to multiple haunted and historic locations around Regina, step inside select sites, and hear the ghost stories, true crime, and dark local history tied to each place.
Last season’s tours sold out quickly, and seats on the bus are limited by design.
Tickets for 2026 aren’t on sale yet, but you can join the YQR Haunts waitlist now to be the first to hear when they’re released.
One waitlist. Early access to all YQR Haunts events.

What the Haunted Bus Tour Includes
On this flagship fall tour, you’ll:
- Board the YQR Haunts bus
Settle in for a guided evening that moves between multiple haunted and historic sites in Regina. - Visit four carefully chosen locations
Each stop features its own mix of ghost stories, strange experiences, and true historical events – from eerie sightings to real-life murders and mysteries. - Step inside selected buildings
Where permitted, you’ll go beyond the sidewalk and into spaces that carry their own stories and energy. - Hear the darker side of Regina’s past
Weaving together documented events, local lore, and the unsettling coincidences that keep people talking. - Ride between locations with commentary
The bus time isn’t “dead air” – we use it to connect stories, answer questions, and layer in extra bits we can’t fit at the stops.
A small snack and bottled water are included, but this is not a dinner tour. The focus stays firmly on stories, history, and haunted locations.
Costumes & Vibe
This is a fall tour for people who love spooky season.
- Costumes are encouraged, especially for the October dates.
- They’re optional, not required – come as you are, or show up in full Halloween mode.
We keep the tone:
- Atmospheric
- Story-driven
- Respectful of the real people and histories involved
No gore props, no cheap jump-scare actors. Just you, the group, and some of Regina’s stranger stories.
Is the Haunted Bus Tour Right for Me?
This tour is a good fit if you:
- Enjoy ghost stories, paranormal lore, and true crime
- Want to see more than one location in a single night
- Can manage stairs and some walking at each stop
- Don’t mind being out in the evening in Saskatchewan fall weather
Content note:
We will be talking about death, hauntings, and historical violence (no graphic gore), in an adult, storytelling tone. Given our stops, all tickets are adults only (19+).
What to Bring & How to Dress
September and October in Regina can mean anything from cool and crisp to cold and windy. Please come prepared.
We recommend:
- Comfortable, closed-toe walking shoes
- Warm layers (sweater, jacket, possibly gloves/hat on colder nights)
- Waterproof outer layer if rain is in the forecast
- Small bag or pockets for your phone, keys, and water
- Optional: costume items that are easy to move and climb stairs in
Bug spray is usually less of a concern in fall, but it never hurts to be prepared for Saskatchewan’s overachieving insects.
Bathrooms
Restrooms will be available at several stops during the tour.
Exact access depends on the specific locations and their hours, but we plan the route with washroom breaks in mind.
Meeting Point & Timing
- You’ll receive the exact meeting location and parking details in your confirmation email once tickets are booked.
- Doors open at 6:30 p.m. for check-in and getting settled.
- The tour starts at 7:00 p.m. sharp. Late arrivals may not be able to join once the bus leaves.
To keep the experience smooth for everyone, please plan to arrive when doors open if possible.
FAQs
How do I get tickets?
Join the YQR Haunts waitlist. We’ll email the waitlist with the ticket link and on-sale time before we post it publicly.
Does joining the waitlist guarantee me a seat?
Not automatically, but it gives you the best chance. You’ll get early access to book before the general public.
Will you run these tours if it’s cold or rainy?
Yes. These tours run in most weather. Only extreme conditions (dangerous ice, severe storms, etc.) would force a cancellation or reschedule.
Is food included?
A small snack and bottled water are included with your ticket. This is not a full meal. If you’d like to eat before or after, we recommend planning accordingly.
Can I drink alcohol on the bus?
There is no alcohol allowed on the bus or along the tour.
Is photography allowed?
Absolutely. Just keep flash to a minimum when it might disrupt others, and tag #YQRHaunts if you catch anything… unusual.
Is this accessible?
Unfortunately, no. This particular event involves:
- Stairs to get on and off the bus
- Stairs at each of the four locations
- Short walks and some periods of standing
Because of this, it’s not suitable for guests with significant mobility challenges, wheelchairs, or walkers. Our Haunted Walking Tour may be a better fit depending on your needs.
Local Collaborators
We work with local organizations and businesses to bring this tour to life.
